In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Spend your first 3 months in rapid learning, gaining expertise with NI tools and our sales process while supporting T&M group customers and their technical challenges Balance your time between inbound sales demand, marketing generated leads, customer presentations and demos, and your prospecting activities to generate new demand and pipeline Develop test and measurement expertise to equip you for your future career Identify demand and bring up opportunities to Account Managers to drive growth Provide coaching and mentorship to others within the team Work cooperatively with many departments at NI, including sales, marketing, technical support, operations, and business units Travel to customer sites to open new relations and present values NI can offer Collaborate with our partner and distribution channel Who You Are: You place a high value on proactive customer facing activity You demonstrate strong initiative and problem-solving skills You love learning about new technology You are passionate about establishing and building relationships through exceptional communication and customer advocacy You are energetic, enthusiastic, and maintain a positive outlook You gain the respect of others, have an ambitious spirit, and are seen as a leader You listen attentively and are able to grasp fast-paced technical conversations You navigate ambiguity and balance multiple collaborator perspectives You have a strong customer service attitude, work ethic and drive to succeed For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent experience in the relevant industry Strong desire to pursue a long-term career in technical sales and marketing Proven understanding of electronics, computers, and high-level programming languages (C, Python, LabVIEW, etc) Ability to relocate to Seoul, KR Up to 20% of time for travel Korean and English language competency and effective communication skill Competence in understanding the Korea market and commercial practice Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience with LabVIEW or test instrumentation Previous sales or customer facing experience Leadership of teams, organizations, or projects will provide a step up into the program Confidence presenting to audiences with a diverse group of backgrounds and experiences Our Culture & Commitment to You: At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
