หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก ช่างขัดหิน/ขัดผ้า สนับสนุนการผลิตชิ้นงานตัวอย่างในกระบวนการ Finishing ให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานและแล้วเสร็จตามกำหนดเวลา พร้อมสนับสนุนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ทีมบรรลุเป้าหมายและ KPI ของหน่วยงาน Key accountabilities ปฏิบัติงานในกระบวนการ Finishing เน้นในส่วนของ Polishing ควบคุมคุณภาพชิ้นงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการตรวจสอบ บันทึก และรายงานปัญหาหน้างาน รวมถึงพารามิเตอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในเอกสารที่กำหนด สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านกระบวนการและผลิตภัณฑ์ในหน้างานควบคุมการทำงานให้เสร็จตาม Lead Time ที่กำหนด และแจ้งผู้บังคับบัญชาเมื่อพบความเสี่ยงหรือความล่าช้าปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา Educational background มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย / ปวช. / ปวส. / ปริญญาตรีField of studyไม่จำกัดสาขา Pivotal and professional qualifications มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับ 3–5 ปีมีทักษะในกระบวนการ Finishing ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Grinding, Polishing, Goldsmith, Assembly, Enamel, Tumbling, Hand Setting และ Laser Soldering (ช่างขัดจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ) Personal competencies มีทักษะเชิงช่างและความประณีตในงาน Finishingสามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานได้มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดีสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างราบรื่น

Responsibilities

The main responsibility is supporting the production of sample pieces in the Finishing process, ensuring quality meets standards and deadlines are met, with a focus on Polishing operations. This includes controlling quality according to product standards, documenting issues, and supporting process troubleshooting to meet defined Lead Times.
