Description

Support TD vision by deploying talent development initiatives, analyzing training needs, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth. Contribute to TD team vision, by collaborating with the team to deploy frameworks, projects, initiatives in the areas of talent development, including but not limited to assignments across Asia Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources/psychology/social sciences preferred; related working experience is a plus Comfortable working in the dynamic intercultural context Growth mindset with can-do attitude Strong data analysis skills Proficient at MS tools Advanced communication & presentation skills (English & Thai, verbal &written) We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
