Instructions:
This non-confidential Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is designed to elicit information regarding each applicant’s abilities, knowledge, and experience in relation to the Staff Services Analyst position in the Fire Control Support Division, within the CAL FIRE Training Center.

Please submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the hiring manager’s review. Applications without an SOQ will not be considered. If your qualifications are competitive, you will be invited to come in for an in-person interview. When completing the SOQ, please include specific examples and explain your responses thoroughly. Your SOQ should be no longer than two (2) pages, single spaced with 12 pt. Arial font with one (1) inch margins.
