Description

Under direction of the Resource Management and Administration (RMA) Office Chief, a Staff Services Manager II, the Project Delivery (PD) Contract Specialist, an SSM I (specialist), leads and coordinates contracts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). This includes developing and maintaining solid partnerships with a wide variety of departmental personnel including PD executive management and external partners. Provides expert guidance on developing and tracking contracts for the PD divisions in compliance with the Division of Procurement and Contracts (DPAC) guidelines. Identifies areas of opportunity, develops and analyzes alternatives, makes recommendations and presents proposed solutions to mitigate risk and maximize resources. Also responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining dashboards using software such as Tableau and Power BI for resource information.
