Description

The San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission’s Administration Division is seeking a motivated individual for an opportunity to drive the organization forward as the Director of Administrative and Technology Services.
Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Administration and Technology Services provides executive leadership for all administrative functions as a member of senior staff for BCDC including accounting, budgeting, business services, Commission meetings, contracts, facilities, information technology, records, training, travel, and human resources areas. Evaluates, establishes, and updates policy, proposes and implements change to current administrative practices, implements BCDC Strategic Plan related to Administration and Technology, and performs other work as needed.
Candidates selected that are new to state employment will start at the beginning of the salary range. Every 12 months, based on performance evaluation, employees may receive a 5% salary increase until they reach the maximum salary for the position.
