Job Description A smile and helping hand is what our Colleagues will experience as you assist them as a Colleague Shuttle Driver with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Your knowledge of the hotel and the professionalism you display will create a sense of “welcome” like no other. Starting Rate of Pay: $23.46 per hour What you will be doing: Reporting to the Lifestyles Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Adhere to the hotel's vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehicles Responsible for the safe transportation of colleagues to the town of Jasper, local area, and Marmot Basin ski hill throughout the winter season Responsible for the cleanliness and general upkeep of the Staff shuttles vehicles during shift and ensuring immediate reports of any safety or maintenance concerns to the garage and Lifestyles Manager or the Director, Housing and Lifestyle Operations Work with Lifestyles Manager to coordinate daily schedules and communicate any changes to colleagues Review all weather alerts for safe operations of staff shuttle. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous guest service experience required Valid Class 4 Drivers License and clean driving record required Current first aid certification an asset Excellent knowledge of Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge property, town of Jasper and local attractions preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Additional Information Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
