POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a forward-thinking Systems Solution Design Engineer to lead the transformation of legacy systems into modern, modular, and containerized architectures. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision, requiring a strong ability to adapt and enhance existing systems to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that align with evolving business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in system design, integration, or solutions engineering.
  • Proven experience in transforming monolithic or legacy systems into modular, containerized architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance or modify existing systems based on business-driven requirements.
  • Proficiency with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Hardware/Software integration, network protocols, and system validation.
  • Experience with compliance standards and technical documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
    Certifications such as PMP, INCOSE CSEP, or cloud architecture credentials are a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity principles.
  • Knowledge of system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW).
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical reviews.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
