EA-Architecture-As-Code is seeking a self-driven Staff Engineer with deep expertise in Framework design and development. This role focuses on envisioning framework features, designing and developing them with an emphasis on developer experience and performance. Responsibilities 60%25 of the time spent on hands-on engineering activities across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure. Envision, design, develop and release innovative framework features enabling developers to build highly performant, scalable, and secure web applications. Drive both high-level and detailed technical designs and conduct design reviews as needed. Take initiative to identify and implement new, highly scalable foundational components, libraries, and cloud solutions. Optimize framework features and components for serverless/FaaS environments. Improve and maintain existing components of the core framework, infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. Actively participate in team and company-wide architecture and engineering discussions and forums. Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, guiding, coaching, and inspiring others. Collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, resolving complex and ambiguous challenges. Take ownership and accountability for outcomes, driving initiatives to completion. Influence technical direction and drive consensus across teams. Advocate for customer-focused solutions, ensuring end-user experience and business value. Employ technical expertise to help team members overcome technical problems. Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software for use in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related environments. Serve as a passionate and expert Advocate of our frameworks and platform. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. 6+ years of active engineering experience in a complex environment and/or comparable experience such as successful engineering and deployment of enterprise-grade technology assets. Deep knowledge in highly scalable, high performance full stack applications using a variety of technologies. Deep knowledge of front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React and One-App. Experience with Microservices Architecture, data-centric application design, event-driven systems, data pipelines, and stream processing systems. Hands-on experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Java or similar), distributed (multi-tiered) systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and infrastructure. Experience designing and deploying applications on Function as a Service (FaaS) platforms (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions). Understanding of serverless architecture patterns, best practices, and monitoring. Proven track record of contributing to core frameworks, platforms, or libraries (such as One App, One Data, open source, or enterprise solutions), with demonstrated expertise in their internals, is required. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills within engineering teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables. Ability to influence and drive technical direction and consensus. Customer-focused mindset, designing solutions with end-user experience and business value in mind. Thought leadership, ability to take on vague and partially defined problems and be able to provide solutions. Passion for learning new technologies, industry trends, and deep technical curiosity, with emphasis on keeping up with the state of full stack engineering and frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based architectures and deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus. Knowledge of GraphQL platforms Salary Range: $170,000.00 to $255,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
