Description

Develop and integrate AI/ML-powered solutions that enable intelligent observability, predictive operations, and reduced manual intervention. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Own projects end-to-end — from design and planning to implementation and rollout — ensuring measurable operational improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, drive automation, and align platform capabilities with RaaS goals. Mentor engineers and promote best practices in system design, performance, and operational excellence. 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of driving and delivering complex, cross-functional technical initiatives at scale. Deep expertise in system design and architecture, particularly in cloud environments (AWS preferred), with a strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn), especially applied to DevOps, observability, support automation, or intelligent data solutions. Strong programming skills in Python and Java, with proficiency in SQL and experience working with data platforms such as BigQuery. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and machine learning pipelines, including experience with LLMs, RAG frameworks, and model deployment strategies (e.g., MCP servers, vector databases). Demonstrated ability to influence through technical strategy, mentor engineers, and align cross-team efforts toward platform goals. Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments and under evolving priorities. Experience in refactoring or modernizing legacy systems, balancing performance, reliability, and maintainability. Familiarity with monitoring and BI tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making and visibility. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with comfort navigating fast-paced, high-change environments and cross-functional dynamics.
