As part of the Apply With Ease Crew of Home Buying, you will contribute to all aspects of the technology products and services we deliver, from technical strategy and design to coding, deployment, and operation. Our products and services guide Australians through the easiest and fastest home loan application process in the market, providing real-time assessment and the confidence to secure their dream home.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;

  • Solid experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS , NodeJS, NestJS , AWS/Azure
  • Programming experience with .net
  • Familiarity with full cycle engineering, including test automation (unit, integration, and e2e tests).
  • Experience building scalable, high-performance, and secure APIs.
  • Proficiency with relational databases, SQL, and NoSQL DBs like AWS DocumentDB .
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and deployment. AWS Certification (Associate level or higher) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain robust backend and full-stack applications.
  • Monitor and optimise system performance for high availability and reliability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance system architecture.
  • Develop new features and continuously improve existing ones.
  • Promote a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.
