We really love working here, and we think you will too. Roles & responsibilities: Solves high-impact, ambiguous problems across teams. Introduces new technologies and frameworks to improve team productivity. Leads initiatives that reduce technical debt at a squad level. Applies high-risk changes to complex engineering ecosystems with precision. Produces unique and informed insights with sound rationale. Identifies technical opportunities and actively seeks sponsorship. Guides technical decisions within team. Influences product roadmaps and technical roadmaps Identify and reduce toil Encourages engineers to take responsibility for their work and its impact on the broader organisation. Leads in Engineering interviews Essential Skills: Must have at least 12-15 years development experience in an IAM domain. Solid understanding of Ping Identity, Ping Directory, PING Suite of products for enterprise IAM. Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform). Experience with GitHub Actions for workflow automation. Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python. Strong hands-on experience with TeamCity build configuration and Octopus Deploy Good to have AI exposure. Relevant IT or business tertiary qualifications is desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
