Responsibilities
  • Architect and Build Scalable Platforms: Design, develop, and evolve core product systems and platform infrastructure, with a focus on reliability, scale, and performance.
  • Technical Leadership: Drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices across teams.
  • Collaborate Across the Company: Work with product, data, AI/ML, design, and business teams to translate business needs into robust software solutions.
  • Own Critical Systems: Lead the implementation and evolution of systems powering data pipelines, microservices, and user-facing applications.
  • Advance AI and Analytics Enablement: Partner with data and AI/ML teams to ensure systems support advanced analytics, feature stores, and scalable model serving.
  • Champion DevOps and Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, observability, and deployment automation to ensure rapid and reliable delivery.
  • Optimize and Modernize Architecture: Identify bottlenecks, propose refactors, and help migrate legacy systems to modern architectures (cloud-native, containerized, event-driven, etc.).
  • Set Engineering Standards: Establish and enforce high standards for code quality, security, scalability, and documentation.
