What you’ll do: Design and implement agentic AI systems to empower sales teams and optimize workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions. Develop and maintain highly available services and efficient data pipelines. Build tools that enhance efficiency and generate demand through adoption and usage. Mentor and guide engineers, coach and up-level engineers while fostering effective cross-functional alignment and collaboration. What we’re looking for: BS (or higher) degree in Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of relevant industry experience in leading the design of large scale & production systems. Extensive, hands-on expertise working with AdTech and a deep understanding of demand systems. Advanced knowledge with at least one state-of-art programming language (Java, C++, Python). Deep knowledge with building distributed systems batch and streaming systems. Strong product intuition for digital and mobile app advertising.
