Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million + personal and small business customers. The Customer Engagement and Digital domain in Retail Tech support our flagship CommBank App, NetBank site and digital experiences to our retail customers across many offerings, ranging from everyday banking to investment and home of Yello!
You’ll be joining our dynamic team where innovation meets security! We’re seeking passionate Staff & Senior Staff Full Stack Engineers to join our cutting-edge DevSecOps environment, where you’ll collaborate with top talent to drive forward our mission of revolutionizing the financial technology landscape.
As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, implement industry-leading security measures, and contribute to the development of groundbreaking solutions that empower businesses and transform the way financial services are delivered.

TECH SKILLS

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:

IT WOULD BE HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS TO BE SKILLED IN:

• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, New Relic etc.).
