Join us in creating a unified single pane of action that delivers long-term value and loyalty for our customers Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 8+ years of experience in Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications Translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces. Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or Angular/Vue). Solid understanding of back-end technologies: Java, Python, Node.js or similar Strong understanding of distributed messaging - Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful/GraphQL APIs. Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio demonstrating design and development work. Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for prototyping. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) , responsive design and Automation Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform is an added advantage. Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level.
