Description
  • What makes you a great fitSeveral years of professional software engineering experience (roughly 7+), most of it on systems that reached real users
  • Deeply hands-on across the stack: strong in the frontend, at home in the backend, comfortable in the infrastructure and web technologies around it
  • A strong background in TypeScript, and well-formed opinions you can defend and revise
  • A clear product focus: you care about what ships, what runs, and what users experience
  • You speak fluent English (C1); German is a plus

... and as a nice to have:

  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up where speed and quality both mattered
  • Comfort taking ownership and shaping processes nobody has defined yet
  • A degree in a STEM field – equivalent practical experience counts more
  • Exposure to regulated software, medical devices or health data

If you match most of this, apply. We would rather read your application than have you rule yourself out.
