This role is an opportunity to lead the development of a next-generation provider analytics and performance platform, shaping how healthcare providers access actionable insights and optimize their operations. You will own the technical strategy, design scalable data-intensive systems, and integrate cutting-edge AI tools to enhance analytics capabilities. This position combines hands-on coding, architectural leadership, and mentorship, working closely with product, design, and analytics teams to transform raw data into impactful insights. You will influence platform reliability, accuracy, and usability while helping to elevate the skills of engineers around you. The work directly impacts provider trust, engagement, and the effectiveness of care delivery at scale. Accountabilities: · Take full ownership of the technical strategy and architecture for the provider analytics platform. · Design, implement, and maintain back-end services and front-end visualizations for data-intensive applications. · Integrate generative AI tools to automate workflows, generate insights, and enhance user experience. · Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing to elevate team capabilities. · Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to refine and execute the product vision. · Improve data reliability, accuracy, and system performance for core booking and analytics systems. · Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions that directly impact provider performance. · 2+ years of professional experience in .NET and cloud technologies such as AWS or equivalent. · Experience designing and scaling data-intensive analytics platforms, including back-end services and front-end visualization. · Familiarity with integrating AI/ML or generative AI tools into workflows. · Strong coding skills and experience with distributed system design. · Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. · Proven ability to mentor and elevate engineers in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. · Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership mentality. · Competitive base salary ($180,000 – $265,000 USD) with eligibility for variable pay or equity. · Remote work flexibility. · Health, dental, and vision benefits. · Opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and leadership development. · Chance to work on a high-impact platform that directly improves healthcare outcomes.
