Accountabilities: · Design, build, and scale high-quality software systems and distributed applications. · Lead technical architecture and system design discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. · Develop AI-powered solutions and agent-based tools to optimize clinical workflows and operational efficiency. · Mentor engineers and provide guidance to elevate technical standards across teams. · Collaborate with product and clinical leadership to align technical strategy with organizational goals. · Translate complex user needs into elegant, maintainable technical solutions. · Champion technical excellence and foster a culture of learning and innovation. · 10+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in scalable, distributed systems. · Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Kotlin, Python, Go, or similar. · Experience guiding engineering teams in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). · Strong system and relational database design knowledge. · Proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions to complex problems. · Experience navigating ambiguity and translating user needs into impactful technical solutions. · Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
