Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

As the Tech Lead for TradePMR Engineering, you will act as a technical leader, mentor, problem solver and coder to all engineering/product groups.

  • Work with Engineering Manager, Product Manager and Operational teams across the company to build a roadmap for Case Management
  • Mentor junior developers on the team and lead projects of large complexity
  • Be hands on with designing and writing code. Lead the design and implementation for a scalable, unified case management system that simplifies and accelerates issue resolution for all operational teams at Robinhood.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, team processes, and reduce risks
  • Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist operational teams in triaging cases, improving accuracy, and reducing turnaround time.
  • Identify and automate high-impact manual workflows within operational teams, minimizing errors and freeing up resources for more strategic tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches across Robinhood’s lines of business, including Brokerage, Crypto, Gold, Futures etc.
