Identifies and contributes to the development and solution strategies to team members that improve the design and functionality of interface features across one or more project features, under minimal guidance. Applies standard processes on the use of programming languages (e.g. HTML, C++, Java) to write code that fulfills website modification requests and technical requirements. Collaborates with others to support the piloting of new technology capabilities and features that enhance the user website experience across e-commerce products. Analyzes bugs for simple issues and applies debugging tools to verify assumptions. Qualifications Basic Qualifications •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced degree or PhD Preferred Qualifications •Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer •Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful web services •Experience with distributed event store mechanisms such as Kafka •Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio •Experience with Agile Software Development Methodology •Experience with both NoSQL and SQL datastores and their query languages like SQL •Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application •Demonstrated enthusiasm for Generative AI technologies and their innovative applications •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail •Strong communication and team collaboration skills •Familiarity with secure coding standards e.g. OWASP is plus •Skilled in using development tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins including source code control, debugging and profiling Additional Information This role qualifies for Autorskie Koszty Uzyskania Przychodu (KUP), in accordance with applicable Polish tax regulations.
