Description
HR Contribution: Work closely with recruitment to meet the organization's needs and facilitate its strategic recruitment requirements. Support recruitment and manpower planning initiatives for the Segment/Department Identify talent to support the creation of people development & headcount needs that meet the company's resource retention plan objectives. Establish good customer relationships via close networking and open communication with all stakeholders. Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to retain a qualified and motivated workforce. Assumption of operational personnel advisory activities for their own area of responsibility of low complexity. Advising management and employees on all employee-related issues, in particular continuing training and development measures, remuneration and in the event of employee-related issues within the work situation and during change processes, legal advisory for management. Support the effective management of human resources, salary & benefits, personnel administration, people development and performance management for the organization. Participate in process improvement activities/plans for HR Development. Establish and develop projects, action plans or programs which focus on HR. Work closely with the Segment/department in handling HR related issues. Bachelor's Degree or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources. Minimum 6 years of practical experience in HR, e.g., project management, facilitating and presentation techniques, coaching. Possesses Good Knowledge of employment law. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Possess good communication and leadership competencies. Solid moderation & facilitation skills.
