Job Description In your new role you will: Manage subcontractors with regards to forecasting, demand commitment, securing capacity and material liability Cascade planning deliverables to subcontractors located globally to meet Infineon’s Customer demand Manage internal and external communication ; Drive commitment of customer demand in alignment globally with Business Divisions Accountable for accurate and timely update of capacity commit to customer demand plan in system Responsible for material liability management at subcontractors affecting segment cost position Undertake cross-functional projects Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Graduate of Engineering or any business related course Effective writing and communications skills and able to interact with all levels Proficient in Microsoft Office Software with good knowledge on logistics, business process and relevant IT tools (SAP, Workstream) Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control and management Good level of pro-activeness and able to handle subcon to management discussion Planning, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment preferably semiconductor industry Contact: lucy.shi@infineon.cn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
