Description
Actively contributes to the execution of the business strategy and adapt people strategy to resolve local business‘ operational issues, building effective people-management and employee relations skills Focus on all people related matters by consulting for best fit application of HR policies and tools Provide guidance on transactional HR topics and support by People Service center. Advise managers and employees on people development (e.g. implement and facilitate the HR cycle; leadership development) Facilitate leadership dialogue Handling difficult issues in compliance and employee relations Support managers in developing their leadership teams Owns the governance for HR topics, e.g. grading, compensation decisions, recruiting decisions, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Management/Business Admin or anyrelated field At least 5 years' relevant working experience in the MNC manufacturing environment. Strong communication and persuasive skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees and management team Highly committed and able to work independently in fast pace environment Strong data analytic skills.
