Description
Provide consultancy, support and provisioning of HR solutions to leaders and employees. Work side-by-side with leaders to coach them in people matters, adapt, and deploy people strategy to the needs of the local business. Contribute actively to executing the business strategy to best consult the local management teams Provide guidance on transactional HR topics Advise leaders and employees on people development e.g. implement and facilitate the HR cycle, leadership development, organization development and transformation Deliver ideas, tools, data and diagnostics to the local managers Support managers in developing their leadership teams and facilitate feedback sessions, e.g. leadership dialog Handle issues in compliance and employee relations Degree in HR, Business or equivalent fields of study 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably as HR Business Partner an in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry In-depth knowledge in HR business partnering and basic knowledge of related disciplines Good understanding of Mexican labor law and local best practices Excellent communication, people engagement and facilitation skills Ability to work independently Proficient in both English and Spanish languages We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
