Description

Design interactive elements, such as buttons, forms, and navigation, to create a seamless and engaging user experience. Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, component libraries, and design patterns, to ensure consistency across products and teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and business, to ensure design solutions meet business goals and user needs. At least 3 years of experience working as UX/UI designer. Understanding of design principles, including user-centered design, human-computer interaction, and design thinking. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or InVision, and ability to learn new tools quickly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to iterate and refine design solutions based on feedback and testing results. Understanding of user research methods, including user interviews and surveys. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale. Knowledge of design systems and their application in creating consistent and scalable design solutions.
