Staff Specialist, Learning & Development (EMEA). This role can be based remotely in Ireland or Lithuania. You must have the correct Right to Work requirements. Sponsorship is not available. The Human Resources Learning & Development team is actively seeking an experienced team member to support training delivery efforts across EMEA, as a Staff Learning & Development Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and global training processes. Planning and implementation of the EMEA regional annual training plan will be key to this role to meet company and internal customer objectives, whilst building relationships with cross functional workstreams and business partners. Where you come in: You will partner with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and develop training plans, ensuring alignment on program deliverables. You will support the development and implementation of a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports the organization's short-term and long-term business objectives. You will work with cross-functional teams to support the successful roll out of training and performance support solutions across the business. You will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development and professional development using a variety of instructional methods (e-learning, in-person workshops, blended learning) to address diverse learning needs. You will be responsible for the management of leadership development programs aimed at building strong leaders at all levels of the organization. You will support the EMEA New Employee Orientation programme, including coordination of onboarding logistics and delivery You will coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks associated with planning and delivering learning events. Align L&D initiatives with the company's talent management and organizational development strategies and teams. Stay current on emerging learning technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new tools and methods as appropriate. You will assist in training subject matter experts who can facilitate highly active and engaging learning experiences for all employees. You will participate in regular evaluations of training programs to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvements and partner with the Evaluation team to establish metrics and methods to assess the effectiveness of learning programs. You will partner with other training delivery teams across Dexcom to ensure standardization and consistency in the roll out of training and performance support solutions. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the L&D team. You will comply with established safety practices and documented quality system procedures at all stages of training. What makes you successful: You have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience Training, or facilitation certificate or credentials Proven experience in learning and development with strong expertise in delivering effective L&D programs. Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences using multiple delivery methods Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with training evaluation methodologies and continuous improvement practices Ability to flex and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization. Strategic skills with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness, utilizing analytical data. Understanding how training, development, and performance improvement contributes to an organization's competitive advantage. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Preferred qualifications include: Degrees in training, learning and development, or human performance improvement Behavioral assessment certification (e.g. DiSC) Medical device industry experience Experience leading regional programs with multi-country scope.
