Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Subcon Coordination: Act as main liaison with subcontractors for loading, delivery, and capacity alignment. Planning & Scheduling: Monitor wafer supply and daily production loading based on demand, materials, and capacity. Inventory & Supply Chain Monitoring: Track WIP, line priorities, on-time delivery, and resolve issues such as expedites, recovery plans, and reworks. Performance Improvement: Drive delivery and cycle time improvement; conduct regular alignment meetings with subcontractors. Demand Alignment: Ensure customer requirements and production plans(BEST, FC/PP) are aligned. Handle urgent or upside requests. Inventory Control: Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of diebank and WIP with finance and partners. Administrative Tasks: Manage PR/PRAW submissions, support new product builds, and coordinate engineering samples. System & Project Support: Participate in supply chain system integration and improvement projects (e.g., GPN, One SAP). Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Graduate of Engineering or any business related course. At least 5 years of planning, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment preferably semiconductor industry Effective writing and communications skills and able to interact with all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software with good knowledge on logistics, business process and relevant IT tools (SAP, Workstream) Customer oriented and good understanding of supply chain process, inventory control and management Good level of pro-activeness and able to handle subcon to management discussion Good command of English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
