Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Subcon coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with subcontractors for loading, delivery, and capacity alignment. Planning and scheduling: Monitor wafer supply and manage daily production loading based on demand, material availability, and capacity. Inventory and supply chain monitoring: Track WIP, set line priorities, ensure on-time delivery, and resolve issues including expedites, recovery plans, and rework. Performance improvement: Drive delivery and cycle-time improvements; lead regular alignment meetings with subcontractors. Demand alignment: Ensure customer requirements are aligned with production plans (BEST, FC/PP); manage urgent and upside requests. Inventory control: Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of die bank and WIP with finance and external partners. Administrative support: Manage PR/PRAW submissions, support new product builds, and coordinate engineering samples. Systems and projects: Contribute to supply chain system integrations and improvement initiatives (e.g., GPN, One SAP). Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, coordination, and scheduling, ideally within the semiconductor industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar ERP/MES systems). Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. Proven experience managing subcontractor performance and conducting supplier discussions. Good command of English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
