Ensure Continuous Improvement through interdisciplinary collaboration across locations with areas like R&D, marketing, logistics and quality management to optimize yield, reliability, quality & cost Develop and Drive Digitalization procedures and Automation for enhancements of silicon wafer qualification processes Support the global Procurement Category Management with major supplier interaction in Asia Pacific (e.g. definitions of supply requirements etc.) You demonstrate very strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks, focusing your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for Infineon and for our suppliers and customers. If you feel responsible for your own doing, driving decisions and ensure high quality by foresighted planning, then you should join our team! A degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a similar field of interest At least 4-6 years working experience in electronic (wafer) engineering (basic know how on base materials and production) preferably within the semiconductor industry Very good English & Mandarin communication skills Self-motivation to act as a team player working remote with a global team in Europe and Asia We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
