Work together with Business Unit and project manager to fully support ramp up, safe launch arrangement & successfully fulfill customer requirement A Bachelor Degree degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Informatics, Business Administration with the focus on Supply Chain or equivalent from recognized universities Excellent English proficiency in written and oral Self initiative, excellent analytical skills and systematic work approach Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast changing and dynamic environment Knowledge in semiconductor Backend manufacturing processes and landscape is advantageous Knowledge in Tableau is preferred Basic knowledge of programming language (Excel VBA, Python, SQL/Database) is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with ability to interact effectively with various levels of people.
