Description

Support production process improvement task force, perform risk assessment for the failure to meet customer requirement Implementing good cost control, productivity improvement and process continuous improvement projects Coordinates cross functional projects and activities with counterparts local and abroad on time within budget Participate and collaborate working with reliability engineering regarding reliability problems Provide technical advice and guidance to technician Degree in relevant fields of Electronics/Electrical/Chemical/Physics/Materials Minimum 1 - 3 years of working experience in semiconductor reliability engineering or any equivalent field Experiences of reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis and IC Knowledge in JEDEC, AEC-100 and other relevant reliability standards are required Good communication (written and verbal) and ability to lead and organize projects Must work well both independently and in a cross-functional teams We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
