Ability to drive and lead TCR/LTCR strategy work plans and initiatives to support organizational, module, or segment growth and sustainability. Ability to anticipate issues and challenges, and to develop proposals and measures to resolve them in a fast and agile manner. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present proposals and solutions in a clear and systematic manner. Implement and support full compliance within the area of responsibility with the defined policies and standards related to Quality, Environment, Safety and Health, Business Conduct Guidelines, and Corporate Social Responsibility. For engineering-related functions, ensure the delivery of products to customers with committed functionality, reliability, time, volume, and cost, while maintaining compliance with control plan deployment, meeting quality control requirements, and understanding key parameter definitions and controls. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, particularly in operations planning and/or industrial engineering.
