Description

The Staff Supervisor Production is responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and meeting customer requirements. This role involves supervising a team of production staff, managing production workflows, and implementing quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage and oversee production team for day-to-day manufacturing or production operations. Develop and implement production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand. Involvement in improvement or continuous improvement project e.g. automation / project related works. Monitor production metrics (e.g. yield and cycle time) and ensure the production team meet the production quantity and quality. Prepare production reports for management and work closely with other departments like maintenance, quality assurance etc. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Min. Degree in Engineering, preferably in electronic / factory automation or equivalents Min. 3 years of relevant supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing / production environment in electronic industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge in Microsoft office and tableau report. Diploma holder is also welcome if have min 8-10 years’ relevant experience #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
