Description
Act as a subject matter expert for Windows and macOS endpoint systems, providing guidance and best practices across regions. Lead root cause analysis for complex, recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent reoccurrence. Design and deploy automation scripts and workflows (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to streamline endpoint management and reduce manual effort. Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track endpoint health, performance, and compliance metrics. Drive ITIL-aligned processes for incident resolution and problem management, ensuring timely documentation and knowledge sharing. Partner with global IT teams, application owners, and engineering groups to align endpoint strategies with business objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions. Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and field support teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of enterprise-level experience in Windows and macOS administration and troubleshooting. Expertise in endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune, Jamf, SCCM). Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise security standards. Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python). Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for global collaboration.
