Description
Partner with TA leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions. Build and maintain dashboards that track recruiter productivity, funnel health, and time-to-offer metrics. Ensure data integrity and governance across TA systems and platforms. Collaborate across teams and regions to align TA operations with global strategic teams and skills-based hiring initiatives. Program/Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end recruiting programs, including planning, delivery, documentation, change adoption, and communication. Familiarity with the recruiting lifecycle for all levels of recruitment (early-career, experienced, and executive) Experience working in the talent acquisition space for new technologies and semiconductor industries Recruiting Technology: Hands-on expertise with Workday TA process functions. Exposure to data analytics functions in Eightfold, Workday, Power BI, & Visier Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification AI & Automation: Experience supporting or implementing automation solutions in recruiting workflows; familiarity with GenAI tools is helpful. Data Analysis: Ability to build, maintain, and present dashboards and reports to senior leadership, driving data-driven decision-making. Process Improvement: Skilled at identifying areas for operational improvement, building effective processes, and leading cycles of feedback and revision. Awareness of principles and methods (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) for facilitating organizational transitions and ability to apply them to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
