Job Description What you’ll do Partner with Engineering business to execute the Digital Plant Design vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and customer needs. Lead projects within our Digital Plant Design domain ensuring alignment with technology and business priorities, through ownership of product backlog & delivery Collaborate with the business to capture business requirements and develop user stories Track and monitor status, metrics, and milestones; ensure delivery commitments from internal and external partners are met. Present regular updates to stakeholders, clearly articulating progress, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future technology platforms and architecture for products and services. Proactively communicate requirements, timelines, and stakeholder needs to resolve conflicting priorities and drive consensus. Own Application Governance and closely collaborate with external partners to ensure SLAs are met What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), with significant years of IT professional experience, along with established leadership credentials across product lines, or equivalent experience/knowledge. Proven experience in delivering cross-functional transformation programs Proven experience in Agile software delivery using SAFe methodologies What will make you stand out Understanding of the engineering business domain. Understanding of latest Plant Design software solutions. Experience in successful delivery of IT projects using Agile/SAFe software methodologies Leading requirement-gathering workshops to map as-is processes and identify gaps. Translated these into detailed IT requirements and user stories, validated through iterative reviews with development and QA teams. Experience working with external software delivery partners Effective communicator with experience in presenting and interacting with senior stakeholders. Ability to deconstruct problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are ambiguous. Uses critical thinking skills and organizational skills to help teams resolve issues and define solutions.
