You will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure that complex technical projects are executed efficiently, reliably, and on schedule. The position requires strategic vision, technical understanding, and strong leadership to guide teams through ambiguity while promoting agile best practices. You will be responsible for driving program execution, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholders. Accountabilities Lead large-scale, complex software programs from inception to delivery, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria. Provide technical insight into software architecture, enabling teams to make informed decisions and solve complex problems. Champion and improve agile and scrum practices across multiple teams, coaching teams for greater efficiency. Drive cross-functional collaboration, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities between engineering, product, UX, and other stakeholders. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program and technical risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all levels of the organization, including progress reports and executive summaries. Mentor and guide team members and other program managers to enhance effectiveness and professional growth. Utilize data and metrics to track program progress, identify trends, and inform key decisions. 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Engineering Leadership in software. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional software development programs. Strong technical knowledge to understand software architectures and systems. Extensive expertise in agile and scrum methodologies, particularly for large, multi-team programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Demonstrated success in risk management and dependency tracking. Desired: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Bonus: Experience with large distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI/ML. Program or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe SPC, PSM III) are a plus. Experience navigating high-ambiguity initiatives and defining strategic paths independently.
