We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Program Manager to join our team. As the key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible: Managing suppliers and logistics vendors, as needed Managing, with Sales, and maintain and improve the Proof of Value (POV) program Monitoring shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Working with IT team to ensure all orders are being processed correctly through EDI Work with Data Analyst on monthly KPI metrics What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Proven experience in operations, administration, or related field, 7+ years Strong understanding of supply chain, transportation, trade and regulatory compliance across APAC Demonstrated ability to think creatively and resolve complex or urgent issues Strong experience with hardware supply chain logistics What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing needs Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment #LI-Onsite #LI-AN4 At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
