We are looking for a Staff Manufacturing Recruiter to lead hiring across our factory and manufacturing ecosystem. This is a highly senior, high-impact role supporting executive leadership and owning recruiting across manufacturing, automation, test, and related technical domains. This role requires strong judgment, independence, and the ability to operate at a systems level across multiple technical disciplines. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing engineering, automation, test, software, and mechanical roles within the factory ecosystem Partner directly with executive leadership to define hiring strategy and talent priorities Operate as a strategic talent partner with minimal guidance, driving hiring outcomes independently Build and execute sourcing strategies across complex, highly technical domains Assess talent across a wide range of technical profiles with strong calibration and judgment Mentor and elevate other recruiters, helping scale team capability and standards Design and improve recruiting processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability Contribute to broader talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design discussions 10+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting in complex, technical environments Proven ability to hire across multiple domains (manufacturing, automation, software, hardware, etc.) Experience partnering with senior leadership or executives on hiring strategy Strong systems-level thinking and ability to navigate ambiguous, evolving hiring needs Demonstrated ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability Track record of mentoring or leading other recruiters Experience in robotics, advanced manufacturing, or hardware-heavy environments strongly preferred Compensation At 1X your work and results will be rewarded with a total rewards package consisting of a base salary, stock options and benefits. Base salary range is $110,000 to $186,000. Your actual salary will be based on your knowledge, skills and experience.
