You’ll work closely with leaders in AI Application Development, Insight-Centric UX, Data Platform, and Engineering Support to craft technical documentation, customer-facing guides, internal strategy memos, and enablement materials that drive clarity, alignment, and impact across the organization.
This is not just about writing documentation — it’s about turning innovation into understanding. Your audience includes everyone from engineers and researchers to executives and Fortune 500 customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in technical writing, product documentation, or technical communication for enterprise software, AI systems, or infrastructure platforms.
  • Ability to distill complex systems (distributed storage, ML pipelines, LLM agents, etc.) into readable and structured content.
  • Experience collaborating directly with engineering, product, and design leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional written English and storytelling skills, including visual structuring (tables, diagrams, workflows).
  • Comfortable using and documenting AI/ML technologies, cloud-native architectures, and developer-facing APIs or SDKs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, MLOps platforms, or GenAI ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face).
  • Prior experience writing for support teams, product managers, or customer-facing technical guides.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools (Markdown, Confluence, DITA, Mermaid, etc.) and AI-enhanced authoring assistants.
  • Exposure to insight delivery platforms, observability tools, or natural language-driven user interfaces.

This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
