Description

Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including machinery, processing, packaging and Test. Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including machinery, processing, packaging and Test. Diploma in Mechatronic, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering. Must passed English & Mathematics subject at SPM level. Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) handling equipment specifically in Testing (TESEC, JHT, ETS) from semicond manufacturing. Able to work in Office Hour (Monday-Friday 8am-5.15pm) Able to work under minimum supervision and works well in a team. We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
