We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Staff Universal Banker.
Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent service through introducing appropriate bank services / products to customers’ queries.
- To perform other operational duties and work as support function.
- Offer a number of product promos and existing products directly to customers.
- Conducting HSBC’s cross sell product to existing customers.
- Directs and informs the product digitally and provides technical guidance for accessing the system (digital).
- Implement administrative follow-up process on products approved by customers.
- Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.
- Managing the operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers in accordance with prevailing rules and procedures
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen only
- Bachelor Degree
- Fresh graduates are welcome; Having experience as Admin Staff would be an advantage
- Good communication skill
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate”
- Able to work under pressure
- This position will be placement at Pekanbaru and Makassar
