We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Staff Universal Banker.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent service through introducing appropriate bank services / products to customers’ queries.
  • To perform other operational duties and work as support function.
  • Offer a number of product promos and existing products directly to customers.
  • Conducting HSBC’s cross sell product to existing customers.
  • Directs and informs the product digitally and provides technical guidance for accessing the system (digital).
  • Implement administrative follow-up process on products approved by customers.
  • Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.
  • Managing the operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers in accordance with prevailing rules and procedures

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen only
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; Having experience as Admin Staff would be an advantage
  • Good communication skill
  • Proficiency in English and Computer Literate”
  • Able to work under pressure
  • This position will be placement at Pekanbaru and Makassar
