Duties:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals

Qualifications:
- Previous Staffing or Construction industry experience required
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or Business Retention
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in strategic planning and project management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
