JOB SUMMARY

Summary: Responsible for Staffing Department clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs at Dodger Stadium.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain department files.
  • Assist with staffing, including scheduling staff, assisting in check-in process and all other Staffing department tasks as necessary.
  • Complete and maintain accurate and up to date department records such as CA ABC Responsible Beverage Service Certification tracking for hourly associates, time keeping and compliance records.
  • Assist with dress code enforcement for hourly associates.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Other Information:
Role is a seasonal, part time position for the duration of the MLB season. Schedule will vary, some weekends and nights are required for this position.
