Location: East Valley / Mesa / Queen Creek Area LPN Staffing & Hiring Coordinator (Hybrid | Full-Time | On-Call Role) The LPN Staffing & Hiring Coordinator is a critical operational role responsible for ensuring continuous nurse coverage across multiple residential group home healthcare settings. This position manages day-to-day staffing logistics, responds promptly to call-outs, and actively works to fill open shifts to maintain compliance and uninterrupted member care. This is a full-time hybrid role (work from home with option to come in office 1-2 days a week) with on-call responsibilities. The position does not operate on a fixed or predictable schedule and requires a high level of availability, flexibility, and responsiveness, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs arise. The Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for nurse staffing issues and plays a key role in hiring, onboarding, and retaining LPN staff. There are many opportunities for growth within this role. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily and urgent nurse staffing needs across assigned locations Respond to call-outs and staffing escalations in real time Proactively source, schedule, and confirm coverage for open shifts Conduct virtual phone screenings/interviews and support rapid hiring and onboarding of LPNs Maintain accurate staffing records and scheduling documentation Collaborate closely with nursing leadership, operations, and HR teams Ensure staffing decisions align with regulatory, licensing, and care requirements Qualifications Prior experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or workforce coordination Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to operate effectively in a high-urgency, fast-paced environment High level of reliability, accountability, and availability Salary DOE.
