Description

The Staffing Analyst will analyze workforce data, staffing needs, and operational requirements for the City of Onalaska Police Department. This role will support recruitment planning, scheduling optimization, and resource allocation to ensure the department maintains optimal staffing levels to meet public safety demands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in staffing analysis, workforce planning, or human resources within a public safety or government environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and workforce management tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
