OPERATIONS & STAFFING LEAD – VICTORIA’S SECRET PACIFIC FAIR

Victoria’s Secret Pacific Fair is looking for an Operations & Staffing Lead to oversee store operations, team scheduling, and administrative tasks while also being actively involved on the sales floor. This role is 50% administrative and 50% customer-facing, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the store team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

On the Floor (50%) – Lead by example, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth store operations.

• Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to provide hands-on support during peak trade.
• Supervise customer service interactions, ensuring a world-class shopping experience.
• Support the team with training, coaching, and day-to-day staffing needs.

Administrative & Operations (50%) – Keep everything running behind the scenes.

• Manage rosters, scheduling, and payroll administration to optimize staffing.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Oversee cash audits, compliance, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency.
• Monitor and report on store performance, identifying and solving operational challenges.
