Description Description Our IT Staffing Solutions Associate is expected to provide administrative support between Staffing Solutions and other departments at Essintial. The ideal candidate should excel in organization and communication, with a background in the computer or electronics sector, especially in IT infrastructure, cabling, or networking. Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office is essential, alongside the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced IT environment. Flexibility in working hours during peak times is also a key requirement. Responsibilities Support IT data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency for all tech-related administrative tasks. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates in IT roles such as software developers and network engineers. Manage and maintain IT-related spreadsheets and scheduling, including data entry, updating, and retrieval. Utilize IT tools and software, particularly focusing on Microsoft Excel and Word for tech documentation. Coordinate and schedule IT meetings, tech appointments, and candidate interviews Possess the ability to take precise notes, organize IT-related daily tasks, and execute efficiently Collaborate with IT departments to ensure seamless tech operations and effective communication. Act as a Jr. Project manager for IT clients or internal IT projects Deliver exceptional IT customer service to both tech clients and candidates. #EES25 Requirements Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in administrative fields is preferred. Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and ability to dress in business casual Experience in computer, electronics, or structured cabling preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Excellent organizational skills, with a high attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and ability to prioritize tasks throughout the day. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities.
