AllShifts is a growing and dynamic healthcare staffing company. We are seeking ambitious entry-level Assistant Account Managers [Staffing Coordinators] to help expand our footprint in new states. We enjoy a high-energy, results-oriented culture and are looking for all-stars to join our team.
This position requires exceptional communication, customer service, and sales skills. Ultimately, your success in this role will be based on your ability to build rapport, reliability and relationships with our healthcare client contacts. You will earn their trust by being uber responsive to their pressing needs and solving their scheduling challenges by providing quality staff. You will work closely with our Recruiting & Credentialing Team as the source of your area’s staff pipeline.
Comfortability using our proprietary technology in conjunction with 3 party systems will help you work at the speed and scale necessary to service clients in your assigned territory.
We will train you to use our AllShifts application, healthcare staffing operations and the general responsibilities expected to be successful.
You will be hired at a base compensation of $18/hr. Upon a successful evaluation by the Director/Assistant Director, et al, you will have potential to become an Account Manager and increase to $40,000 per year, plus bonus.
Successful Account Managers have earning potential upwards of $100,000 annually. This is a rewarding position for the right candidate with great growth potential.
